Absolutely. We work with clients across West Africa and internationally — including Ghanaian diaspora businesses in the UK, USA, Canada, and Europe, as well as companies looking to enter the Ghanaian and African market.
What types of websites do you develop? ▾
We build everything from simple landing pages and company websites to complex e-commerce platforms, web applications, booking systems, membership portals, and fintech platforms. All our websites are mobile-responsive, fast, and built to convert.
How much does a website cost? ▾
A standard business website starts from around $500. E-commerce stores and more complex builds typically start from $1,500–$2,500. Enterprise platforms can range from $5,000 to $15,000+. Every project is scoped individually — book a free consultation for an accurate quote.
Can I pay in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS)? ▾
Yes. We accept both GHS and USD. We support Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo), debit/credit card, and bank transfer. You can pay directly on our Payment page using Paystack.
Do you offer payment plans? ▾
Yes — most projects are split into milestones. Typically, we require 50% upfront to start and 50% on delivery. For larger projects, we can arrange up to 3 payment milestones. Discuss this with us during your consultation.
What is your process from start to finish? ▾
Our process has four stages: (1) Discovery — we learn your goals and requirements; (2) Strategy — we propose a clear plan with timelines and deliverables; (3) Execution — we build, test, and refine with your feedback; (4) Launch & Grow — we deploy and stay on to support and optimise.
How long does a typical project take? ▾
A standard business website takes 2–4 weeks. E-commerce platforms take 4–8 weeks. Complex web applications and fintech solutions typically take 8–16 weeks. Timelines depend on scope and how quickly you provide feedback and content.
How involved will I need to be during the project? ▾
We make it as painless as possible. You'll typically need to provide content (text, images, branding), review designs at 2–3 checkpoints, and give final approval. Most clients spend 2–4 hours total on their end for a standard website.

Do you offer support after a project is delivered? ▾
Yes. All projects include a post-launch support period (typically 30 days of bug fixes at no cost). Beyond that, we offer monthly maintenance retainers starting from $300/month. We're in it for the long term with our clients.

1. Introduction

Welcome to CodeCraft Ghana ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, website (codecraftgh.com), and products. By engaging CodeCraft Ghana for any service or using any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree, you should not engage our services or use our products.

2. Services

CodeCraft Ghana provides a range of digital services including but not limited to web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, fintech solutions, UI/UX design, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and IT consulting.

  • All projects begin with a signed proposal or statement of work that defines scope, deliverables, timelines, and costs.
  • Any changes to the agreed scope must be requested in writing and may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.
  • We reserve the right to decline any project request at our discretion.
  • Timelines are estimates and may be affected by client responsiveness, third-party dependencies, or unforeseen technical challenges.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in each project proposal. General terms are as follows:

  • A deposit of 50% of the project fee is required before work commences.
  • The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final delivery of files or go-live.
  • For larger projects, milestone-based payment schedules may be agreed upon in writing.
  • All invoices are due within 7 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed.
  • Late payments (beyond 14 days) may incur a 5% monthly late fee.
  • We accept payment via Mobile Money, debit/credit card, and bank transfer. Payments in GHS or USD are accepted.
  • All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except in cases of our material breach of contract.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables (e.g., website files, application code, design assets) created specifically for their project.

  • CodeCraft Ghana retains ownership of all work until full payment is received.
  • We retain the right to use completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
  • Third-party assets (stock photography, fonts, plugins, libraries) are subject to their own licensing terms.
  • Our proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain the exclusive property of CodeCraft Ghana.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client information with the utmost discretion. CodeCraft Ghana agrees not to disclose any confidential business information shared by clients to third parties without written consent, except where required by law.

Clients agree to keep any proprietary information about CodeCraft Ghana's methodologies, pricing structures, or business processes confidential.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • CodeCraft Ghana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project in question.
  • We are not responsible for losses arising from client-supplied content, third-party platform downtime, or force majeure events.
  • We make no warranty that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free, though we strive for the highest quality in all our work.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with 14 days' written notice. In the event of termination:

  • The client is liable for all work completed up to the date of termination, calculated pro-rata against the project fee.
  • The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • All work produced to date will be delivered to the client upon receipt of all outstanding payments.
  • CodeCraft Ghana may terminate immediately if the client is in material breach of these terms, including non-payment.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation within 30 days of notice.

If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through mediation in Accra, Ghana, under the rules of the Ghana Mediation Centre, before any legal action is commenced.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.

9. Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including SSL encryption and secure payment processing via Paystack.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify active clients of material changes via email.
